Welcome. I’m Kate a trauma-informed healing practitioner and transformational coach devoted to helping people reconnect with their inner strength, clarity, and wholeness.

My work is rooted in the understanding that our bodies, minds, and energy systems carry the imprint of our life experiences. Many of us move through life holding unresolved emotions, stress, and trauma that quietly shape how we think, feel, and relate to the world.

Through a gentle, trauma-aware approach, I create a safe and supportive space where healing can unfold naturally and at your own pace.

I integrate a range of powerful modalities including Shamanic, Ceremonial Sound Healings, Reiki, Access Consciousness, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and transformational coaching. Together, these practices support the release of energetic and emotional blocks, helping you reconnect with your intuition, your resilience, and your authentic self.

My role is not to “fix” you. I believe deeply that you are not broken. Instead, I walk beside you as a guide, helping you access the wisdom already within you and opening the door to new possibilities beyond old patterns and limitations.

My own healing journey led me to this work and continues to shape how I hold space for others. I know how powerful it can be when someone feels truly seen, heard, and supported. That is the foundation of every session I offer.
